Justin Liu

Justin is the Managing Partner of Avenue Partners. He has over 18 years of private equity, corporate finance and investment banking experience. He has taken part in the founding of three investment firms and raising and investing over US$2 billion.

Before founding Avenue Partners, Justin was the Managing Director and Responsible Officer of Hereditas Capital Management, leading the firm’s direct investments globally. Prior to that, he was a Director at Ascendent Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm that specializes in mid-market investment opportunities in China. Before that, Justin was an investment banker at JPMorgan and had completed a number of IPO, M&A and corporate finance transactions in Hong Kong, China and the US.

Justin obtained his Bachelor in Accounting and Finance degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
